About Bob's Place
Bob’s place is operated by the Creston Valley Hospice Society. The suite offers affordable housing for family and friends visiting palliative or end-of-life loved ones, in the Creston Valley area.
Our vision
Bob's House offers a sanctuary for families and individuals travelling to Creston and facing the challenge of loved ones in palliative care or at end-of-life. We aim to be more than just a place to stay; we strive to be a home where guests can find peace, support, and a sense of community while comforting their loved ones.
Who can stay
Accommodations are by referral only, for guests travelling to Creston to visit loved ones in Crest View Village, Swan Valley, Creston Valley Hospital. Families of those who are clients of the Creston Valley Hospice Society and are in their own home but unable to host visitors may also be eligible to stay. Minimum stay is 2 nights; maximum stay is 4 (may be extended to 5 depending on availability).
Cost
Rent is by donation and covers operating, cleaning, and maintenance costs. Suggested donation is $50 per night.
Bob’s Place is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed, with the exception of registered service animals as defined in the Guide Dog and Service Dog Certification - Province of British Columbia (gov.bc.ca).
